Policies

Please arrive with clean, free of makeup or skincare products on or around your brow area to ensure the best results.
Discontinue the use of retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and other exfoliating products on or around the brow area at least 5 days prior to your appointment to prevent irritation or skin sensitivity.

A non-refundable $20 deposit through Zelle is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service total. Remaining balance will be due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment are Cash or Zelle.

All services and deposits are non-refundable. Your satisfaction matters to us, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment if you have any questions or concerns about your service.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed with prior notice. Arrivals beyond this time will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Parking is available.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit for rebooking.
Three no-shows will result in being blocked from future bookings.

To maintain a safe and distraction-free environment, additional guests or children are not permitted in the service area.
